In a bowl, whisk together Greek yoghurt with the protein powder, Flavor Drops, and coconut syrup. Afterwards, add xanthan gum to this mixture and stir well.

Quickly pour this mixture into two glasses in which you plan to serve the panna cotta. Let it set in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Finally, we garnished our panna cotta with dark chocolate and coconut chips, but feel free to use freeze-dried fruit or sweet ZERO sauces.
