Catfish fillets can be cooked in many different ways but frying is the most traditional preparation method used. Simply soak the farm-raised catfish fillets in milk and coat both sides of each fillet with a mixture of cornmeal, seasoned salt, pepper and garlic powder. Once the fillets are completely covered, they just need to be cooked in a hot skillet or pan with oil and butter until they become golden and crispy.
