Kaleb’s Story

I have spent the last 20 years traveling for work running construction jobs.  Lots of eating out at restaurants and fast food. The job kept me very active. So no real weight gain.  5 years ago I tore my Achilles tendon which halted all activity. During that time I was able to learn how to estimate in the office which would allow me to be home with my family a lot more.  But my learned habits of fast food and restaurant fare with now little exercise ballooned my weight.  I take blood pressure meds and now have a cpap machine that can be attributed to my poor eating and exercise habits.  So a couple of years ago I started doing what anyone would. Trying to exercise like when I was in high school with no progress made.  Then I searched for ways to eat better. I got up to 214.5 pounds.
